My car is 7 years old (so not worth spending more than needed) but I didn't want it to rust because of a fender bender. Scott is a man of few words, but what he says is clear, and everything went exactly as he had said - the work, how long it would take. My car looks great, and they even cleaned the inside of it! I definitely recommend taking your car here."

"I took my car here to fix the bumper. The workmen took the time to fully inspect my vehicle free of charge and come up with a repair plan. The one mechanic was so helpful and I really felt an honest genuine vibe. When can one say that about an auto shop? My only slight complaint was with the wait time to see someone, then told to come back. I guess a busy shop can't see everyone in a timely manner.

"Three days before I was to leave town, the latch assembly and release cable for my hood gave out. I took it in to Tiger's on the recommendation of the guys at Ashland Tire and Auto. They gave me an estimate on Tuesday and ordered the part; I dropped it off on Wednesday morning and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. Fast and friendly service. (The only real downside is that parking can be hard to find on the corner of Lincoln and Addison.)

"Overall I am extremely pleased with the work that Tiger did on my car. I tried to avoid the garbage truck and basically plowed into the side of my garage door and had dents over 2 quarter panels. I got several quotes from other shops, the most being almost 3 times as much as Tiger's. I was a bit skeptical, but thought I'd give them a try. My car looks great - you can't even tell there were huge dents and scratches! They matched the color perfectly, AND washed my car inside and out! Yippee! The downsides - parking is difficult. You will need to park your car on the street and risk and scratches from that. I parked on the east side of Lincoln and was lucky. It took them 1 day longer than quoted, but they did such a nice job I forgive them, my car looks awesome!"

"I probably shouldn't post this, because the place will get really busy. These guys were great and knew exactly what they were doing. Repairs were completed correctly and on time; they worked with the insurance so we didn't have to make a million calls. Just regular neighborhood guys taking care of people from the neighborhood. No yuppie pretension, no back-alley thugs. Recommended them to our insurance agent. If you have to get your car repaired, this is the place; they wouldn't take the car in until they had a place to put it."
